Beyonce, 35, capped off her last days as a 34-year-old by giving the most epic VMAs performance EVER, doing a medley of songs off her hit album Lemonade in an incredible 16 minute mini-concert Aug. 28. From costume changes, set changes, high energy dance numbers and literally lighting the stage on fire, she proved why she’s the most important entertainer of our time. Even her trip down the red carpet was a memorable one, as she looked fierce in a seafoam green sheer gown with amazing feather embellishments at her neck. She even brought along her mini-me Blue Ivy, four, for the cutest mother-daughter date.
Her VMA’s appearance wasn’t the only iconic performance of the year, as she used her “special guest” spot with Coldplay at the Super Bowl 50 Halftime to completely steal the show! She did a stealth drop her new song and video for “Formation” on the eve of the big event, and went on to give a full-on live performance of the racial and female empowering anthem. Seriously, who can drop a new song then give a surprise performance of it the next day at the most-viewed TV event of the year? No one else but Beyonce!
Of course he didn’t as the couple shared yet another year of marital bliss. Bey loved to show off romantic pics from their luxurious vacation spots to give her fans a look at their private time away from the cameras. Whether it was on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean or hanging on a yacht off the Amalfi coast, this couple relaxes in only the most opulent manner.
