It’s getting hot in here! The full trailer for Fifty Shades Darker, the second installment in the film franchise based on the smash book trilogy by E L James, debuted Tuesday, September 13.
In the supersexy clip — which you can watch in all its glory above — Christian Grey, played byJamie Dornan, and Anastasia Steele, played byDakota Johnson, are back in action as they get busy in the bedroom and romp around in a tantalizing shower scene. "This time, no rules, no punishments," Anastasia coos in a voiceover. "And no more secrets."
The studio first treated fans to a glimpse of the trailer on Monday, September 12, when a 19-second teaser was released on social media. In the steamy video, Anastasia unwraps a box with a his-and-her pair of masks inside. Christian, standing behind her, whispers into her ear: “Intrigued?”
While fans are ready to see more of the fictional couple’s risqué escapades, Dornan, 34, admitted in an August interview with Vanity Fair that he often feels sexualized playing Mr. Grey.
“I feel very subjective a lot of the time at work. So I wouldn’t say I’m relatively not objectified in the workplace,” he told the magazine. “I am. It’s not just the women, but men too.”
The British hunk added: “Sex scenes are hard because you’re simulating sex, and that’s a very strange way to spend the day.”
For her part, Johnson, 26, also grew tired of faking intimacy while filming the scandalous movies. “Well, we’re not having actual sex,” she told Interviewmagazine back in April while shooting the sequel. “But I’ve been simulating sex for seven hours straight right now, and I’m over it.”
Fifty Shades Darker is scheduled to hit theaters on Valentine’s Day 2017.
