Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson‘s ideal Labor Day holiday is a relaxing work-free day at
home with his baby daughter. And a heart-to-heart philosophy talk is just the cherry on top.
The actor and proud dad to 8-month-old Jasmine posted an adorable father-daughter moment on Instagram and Twitter Monday. “In the spirit of Labor Day, I had an amazing philosophical conversation w/ my baby girl about the value of hard work and how respect is given when it’s earned,” he wrote in the caption.
In the photo, the tiny tot gives a beautiful glance at the camera with her piercing eyes as she sits on her famous father’s shoulders and enjoys her “favorite game” of playing drums on his head.
“I told her, ‘Baby girl when you grow up, you get out there and dent the universe thru hard work and sweat. And always make sure you do it in a positive way with class, dignity and respect,'” Johnson, 44, continued.
Naturally, his daughter reacted the only way she knows how. “She responded by poo’ing on me in this moment,” the father of two added.
The former professional wrestler and girlfriend Lauren Hashian welcomed their first child in December 2015. Johnson is already dad to 14-year-old Simone, his daughter with ex-wife Dany Garcia.
Little Jasmine sure has a hard-working role model to look up to. Johnson recently finished filming Fast 8 and is currently working on his upcoming project, a reboot of Jumanji. Not to mention, he was named the world’s highest-paid actor by Forbes after nearly doubling his earnings from the year before.
